Second Compost Bin #GBE2

This weekend I fulfilled a recent ambition, to put a second set of small creatures to work for me. A beehive didn't pass muster with the boss. Yeast culturing was a thought, but I'm not much of a beer or wine drinker. Instead I decided to mimic my original creature work program, my worm bin. I drilled holes in a former storage bin and loaded it with dirt and miscellaneous plant and food wastes to attract black soldier flies and their hardworking larvae. Next to curb my inveterate tinkering and let mother nature do her work.
